GREVILLEA ROBUSTA, SL is an entity dedicated to the distribution of products for the workspace, owner of the website www.pepapaper.com (hereinafter the “Website”), with registered office in Barcelona, Deu i Mata 94, 08029 Barcelona and with CIF number B-67114124 (hereinafter “PEPA PAPER”).
PEPA PAPER guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016 and other applicable regulations, informs you that:
a) All personal data provided to PEPA PAPER will be processed by it in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016 and will be incorporated into the VIRTUAL STORE file, created and maintained under the responsibility of PEPA PAPER, which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
b) The data is collected for the following purposes: (i) management of the purchase and sale of products offered through the Website and (ii) sending advertising and commercial prospecting by electronic means, about the company, its activities, products and services, as well as documentation of various kinds.
c) In the collection and processing of personal data, appropriate security measures have been adopted to prevent loss, unauthorized access, or manipulation of the same, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
d) PEPA PAPER undertakes to protect the confidential information to which it has access.
e) PEPA PAPER will under no circumstances use the personal data provided by the User to provide services to third parties other than those referred to in section b) of this document or, where applicable, for its own benefit.
f) The User certifies that he or she is over 14 years of age and therefore has the legal capacity necessary to provide consent regarding the processing of his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
g) The User may, at any time, exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, and object to their personal data, as well as to revoke consent for any of the aforementioned purposes. To do so, they must contact PEPA PAPER by email at info@pepapaper.com or by sending a letter to our address.
The application must comply with the following legally established minimum content:
- Name and surname.
- Photocopy of the DNI, electronic signature or scanned copy of the DNI.
- Specific request.
- Address for notification purposes.
- Date and signature of the applicant.
h) The User authorizes the automated processing of the personal data provided under the terms indicated. To do so, click the "SEND" button located after the data collection form.
i) The data provided will be retained until the data subject requests its deletion. Once the data subject has communicated the deletion of their data, they will be blocked and subsequently deleted from our files or returned to the data subject, as applicable, the media on which the personal information provided is stored. The retention of copies of said information will not be permitted.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its deletion when it is no longer necessary.
