The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use is to regulate the provision of information provided in the PEPA PAPER online store, as well as commercial transactions arising between PEPA PAPER and Users of the domain www.pepapaper.com.
Both browsing the online store and the purchase of any of the products offered therein imply the User's unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these general terms and conditions of contract and use. PEPA PAPER may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these general terms and conditions of contract and use, as well as any specific conditions included, by publishing said modifications in the store so that Users may be aware of them, and recording the date of said modifications. PEPA PAPER does not guarantee continued access, nor the correct display, download or use of the elements and information contained in the PEPA PAPER pages, which may be impeded, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.
PEPA PAPER is not responsible for any decisions that may be made as a result of accessing the content or information offered.
PEPA PAPER may interrupt the service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that use of its Website or any of the services offered therein violates these General Conditions of Use. PEPA PAPER is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from the use of the Website. It shall only be responsible for removing, as soon as possible, any content that may cause such damage, provided that it is notified. In particular, it shall not be liable for any damages that may arise, among others, from:
interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in the telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond the control of PEPA PAPER.

Furthermore, PEPA PAPER is exonerated from any liability for the content and information that may be received as a result of the data collection forms, which are used solely for the provision of consultation and query services. Furthermore, in the event of damages caused by the illicit or incorrect use of these services, PEPA PAPER may hold the User liable for any damages caused.
The User shall defend, indemnify, and hold PEPA PAPER harmless from any damages arising from claims, actions, or demands from third parties resulting from their access to or use of the Website. Furthermore, the User agrees to indemnify PEPA PAPER against any damages arising from their use of "robots," "spiders," "crawlers," or similar tools used to collect or extract data, or from any other action on their part that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Website.
PEPA PAPER shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages of any kind that may arise from improper use of its products. The manufacturers of products marketed by PEPA PAPER reserve the right to modify the design or characteristics of their products without prior notice.

The User undertakes not to reproduce in any way, not even through a hyperlink, the PEPA PAPER Website, as well as any of its contents, unless expressly authorized in writing by PEPA PAPER.

Accordingly, PEPA PAPER is not responsible for the content of said websites, nor does it guarantee or offer services and/or information that may be offered to third parties through third-party links.
The User is granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create links to the Website's home page for private, non-commercial use only. Consequently, PEPA PAPER does not assume any type of responsibility for any aspect relating to such websites.
8.- Orders
Orders placed through the Website are subject to our supply availability. PEPA PAPER declines any liability in the event of delays resulting from a lack of supply and reserves the right to make any modifications to the products offered it deems necessary.
PEPA PAPER will accept orders from individuals, companies, and professionals located in Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and reserves the right to accept and/or confirm orders placed by the customer, and shall inform the customer, if applicable, of any rejection.
9.- Data protection
To use some of the Services, Users must first provide certain personal data. To this end, PEPA PAPER will automatically process the Personal Data in compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and the implementing Royal Decree 1720/2007. To do so, Users can access PEPA PAPER's Data Protection Policy at https://pepapaper.com/index.php/privacy/.
10.- Prices
The sales prices shown do not include VAT. In all cases, prices are expressed in euros and do not include shipping costs.
The prices shown on the Website correspond to a price list assigned to the customer, valid annually. Some products, such as paper, plastic products, and computer supplies, may vary in price based on market price fluctuations.
PEPA PAPER reserves the right to change the rate assigned to the customer without prior notice.
Merchandise will generally be invoiced at the current rate at the time of the order, except in the case of promotions and/or campaigns.
11.- Deliveries
The delivery time for orders is determined by the delivery time indicated on each product listing. Typically, the time between payment and delivery is 2-5 business days.
PEPA PAPER manages the delivery of office catalog orders in the Peninsula (Spain only) and the Balearic Islands, with some exceptions.
In the Peninsula, the usual delivery time is 48 hours from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), if the purchase is made before 2:00 p.m.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands will take place within a maximum of 72 hours from the date the order is placed.
Some special, heavy, or bulky items require special handling and may be delayed beyond the normal delivery time, subject to prior notification from PEPA PAPER. This information is indicated on each item's information sheet.
Delays in delivery will result in the cancellation of the order and the immediate refund of the amount paid by the customer.
Under no circumstances will delays in delivery entitle you to any compensation of any kind.
PEPA PAPER reminds the User of the recipient's legal obligation (article 366 of the Commercial Code) to verify the merchandise at the time of delivery.
In the event of visible defects, never sign the merchandise as compliant, but instead make an immediate claim to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier's delivery note.
If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept them.
For visible signs of damage resulting from transport, hidden damage inside the package, or preparation errors, the customer must contact PEPA PAPER within 14 business days of delivery using our form. Claims filed after this date will not be valid.
PEPA PAPER is not responsible for the assembly or installation of any of the items supplied, except for those indicated.
12.- Shipping costs
Shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula are set at €4.75 (VAT included). Shipping is free within the Iberian Peninsula for orders over €50.
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are set at €10.00 (VAT included). Shipping is free within the Balearic Islands for orders over €100.
If the order contains items requiring special handling (e.g., furniture, bulky office equipment, etc.), regardless of the value, PEPA PAPER reserves the right to apply a special handling charge, after informing the customer.
Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be borne by the customer, subject to prior notification from PEPA PAPER.
13.- Product warranty
The seller, PEPA PAPER, is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. In the case of our own brand, you must contact PEPA PAPER using the form.
14.- Returns
Returns for any reason must be processed through the private section of the website. A return authorization number will be generated as an essential requirement for ordering a pickup. There are several return situations:
Caused by transport incidents, defective merchandise or preparation errors:
If, upon receiving the order, the customer notices damage resulting from shipping, or if the products are defective, or there are preparation errors, they must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the order. Never sign the merchandise as compliant, but instead, file an immediate complaint with the carrier by writing on the carrier's delivery note if visible damage caused by shipping is observed (see section 4). In the latter case, it is highly recommended to take a photograph of the package received that was damaged in shipping and attach it as proof.
If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and PEPA PAPER will cover any defective products or preparation errors.
PEPA PAPER will be responsible for placing the replacement order, informing the customer of the estimated delivery date for both processes.
Originated by a change of customer opinion (satisfaction guarantee):
The customer has 7 business days from receipt of the order to request a full or partial refund of their products, provided they are kept in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, and provided that their use is limited to merely checking their condition and operation, if applicable; and in compliance with the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulates the regulation of commerce.
The customer will manage the transport of the returned merchandise alone.
In the case of returns of products requiring special handling, such as furniture, whiteboards, or certain office equipment, the customer will be charged 10% of the product's value as return handling costs (minimum charge: 15 EUR).
For orders over €50 that qualify for free shipping, the return shipping cost will be charged at €4.75 (VAT not included).
Returns will not be accepted for special references requested by the customer.
Returned products must be packaged as originally shipped and overpacked before being handed over to the carrier.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be issued, less shipping and handling costs (if applicable), via a negative invoice and using the same payment method used by the customer, whether by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
PEPA PAPER reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories or complements.
Changes or returns of personalized products cannot be made.
15.- Payment
Payment is considered cash and will be made via credit or debit card or bank transfer.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, if not made through "la Caixa"'s online banking service (Línea Abierta), the order will be considered paid once the full amount has been received in PEPA PAPER's bank account, so the delivery time may be extended by 2 days. Once the final payment has been verified, the merchandise will be shipped within the usual delivery time. If more than 7 business days have passed since the order was placed and payment has not been received or no communication has been received, PEPA PAPER reserves the right to cancel the order.
16.- Reservation of ownership
Until the corresponding invoice has been fully paid, the products will remain the property of PEPA PAPER with all rights. The customer agrees to return any unpaid merchandise if they are unable to pay the invoices when due.

PEPA PAPER reserves the right to use "cookie" technology on the Website to recognize you as a frequent User and personalize your use of the Website by preselecting your language or the most desired or specific content. The "cookies" used by the Website, or the third party acting on its behalf, are only associated with an anonymous User and their computer, and do not provide the User's personal data.
Cookies are files sent to a browser by a web server to record the User's browsing on the Website, when the User consents to their reception. You can also delete cookies by consulting your browser's user instructions.
Thanks to cookies, PEPA PAPER is able to recognize the browser of the computer used by the User in order to facilitate content and offer the User's browsing or advertising preferences, to the User's demographic profiles, as well as to measure visits and traffic parameters, monitor the progress and number of entries.
- Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their discretion, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or void by applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Terms of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, PEPA PAPER will modify or replace said provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and purpose reflected in the original provision.
